I met Paula shortly after, the death of my husband at that time, I was afraid of everything, when it came to making decisions. At the time I had just been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis, which is very painful, I could barely get around, I needed to start probate, but in to much pain to go to the courthouse, she went for me to pick up the paperwork to start probate, it took some 2 years, before I started probate, but Paula kept in touch with me all of that time. So I put my trust in her, and she said and did everything that she told me she would do, My home was sold and closed in 2 weeks, everything was smooth sailing, I would recommend her time and times again. Ms. Taylor is the most knowledgeable, efficient and caring persons I have had the pleasure to meet. At the time that I met her, I was in the process of selling a house that I owned and getting a lot of run around from the Realtor I was dealing with at the time, after giving her the gist of what was happening, she stepped right in and I did not have to do anything else but let her use her expertise, she sold my house expeditiously and with a better price. Since then if know of anyone that want to buy/sell a house or property, Ms. Paula Taylor is the go to aAgent and sh always have a deep concern for her Clients, making sure all of there requests/ needs are met by giving them the best advise and direction, in fact she is in the process of helping me again as my Daughter and I are looking to relocate and thanks to her she has already sent us several houses/ locations to look at, but the most important we like about Ms. Taylor is her business acumen, because we live in Atlanta and she lives in California.

Paula is an amazing agent! When I was ready to sell my home Paula came to my house and did a walkthrough so that she could guide me on any changes that needed to be made before listing. She was very nice, and very honest about things that needed to be done. Paula provided a checklist of all of the things that would be beneficial to fix/change before listing my home as well as contacts for people to do the work needed. The day that we were scheduled to take pictures of the house we were a little behind on getting a few things done and she jumped in without hesitation to help. I was so shocked! She helped plant flowers, vacuum, wipe down counters, etc. (all while wearing white). The pictures came out beautifully! We put the house on the market and within 2 hours we already had a few offers! Within 2 days of listing we were under contract above asking price! And within 30 days we closed! It was such a smooth process and she responded so quickly to every email/text/call. I highly recommend Paula and definitely will be using her again!
